SHIPPING
Due to Texas Cottage Laws, we are unable to offer shipping. However, we're happy to provide helpful tips if you plan to transport your order after pickup.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery is subject to availability and arrangements. Our delivery schedule considers weather and road conditions for precise timing. Our drivers will set out your cake and/or desserts unless instructed otherwise by the coordinator. If you provide a stand, we'll use it if deemed stable upon setup. We'll communicate any concerns during setup.
PICK UPS
Scheduled pickups are available Tuesday to Friday, from 2 PM to 6 PM. Orders are picked up from our location at the Collection at Gruene Townhomes, New Braunfels. The full address will be provided upon payment. Personalized pickup options are considered on a case-by-case basis, based on our availability.

TERMS OF SERVICE
All sales are final once items are picked up. Emerald Whisk Bakery is not liable for any damages post-pickup, and refunds are not offered after acceptance of the order. Items not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered abandoned, with no refund unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon after contacting us.
